Animcha LTD values and protects the intellectual property rights of others, and we are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other relevant copyright laws. Our DMCA policy outlines the steps we take to address notices of copyright infringement and provides guidance on how to contact us if you suspect that your copyrighted material has been used on our platform without proper authorization.

Tyan.ai and/or any of our online channels, affiliated websites to which you may be redirected from tyan.ai, platforms, products or services, including all content contained therein, are referred to herein as the “Services”.

Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material uploaded or created using our Services infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a request to us to remove or block access to such material. To do so, please provide the following information in writing:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf);
  • A detailed description of the copyrighted work you believe to be infringed and the necessary information to identify it;
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number and e-mail address;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the disputed material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or under the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or acting on its behalf.

Response to DMCA Infringement Notice

Upon receipt of a complete notice of copyright infringement, we will take the following steps:

  • Review and confirm that the documents provided comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA);
  • Within 1-3 days of receiving notification, take the necessary preliminary steps to respond to the alleged infringement, including, but not limited to, blocking the links in question;
  • Notify the alleged infringer of the notice and request an explanation and counter-evidence from the alleged infringer.

Counter-notice 

If you believe that you have received a notice of copyright infringement in error, you have the right to file a counter-notice. In this case, we will inform the alleged complainant and suspend the process for 10 to 14 days. Your content will be restored unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit against you during this period.

Termination

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or completely terminate access to our Services to anyone who is suspected of a violation described above.
