If we become aware of potential violations, we reserve the right to analyze the situation and take appropriate action, which may include restricting or terminating a user's access to the community or application and other actions as specified in these policies. We reserve the right to update these guidelines; hence, periodic revisits are encouraged. Tyan.ai is accessible solely to users aged 18 and above.

Prohibited Activities. The use of Tyan.ai for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial exploitation, human trafficking, distribution of explicit content, and support of dangerous or abusive behavior.

Malicious Behavior. Downloading viruses, malware or any software that can cause harm is prohibited. Distribution of content that may disrupt Tyan.ai is not permitted.

Discrimination and Hate. Do not post or share content that may incite hatred or hostility toward certain groups based on their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Dissemination of false information. Avoid disseminating misleading information that could lead to violence or jeopardize the safety of individuals or disrupt the normal functioning of political processes.

Protecting personal information. Do not share the personal and sensitive information of others, including images, bank card details, security codes or undisclosed contact information.

Spam. Please avoid spamming, which includes creating or sending unsolicited marketing or business content, as well as unsolicited or bulk inquiries. We value the purity of communication and strive to maintain a comfortable environment for all users.

Account hijacking. Unauthorized access to other users' accounts is strictly prohibited. Using our service for phishing or any other fraudulent activities is unacceptable.

Child Protection. We strongly urge you to refrain from creating characters that are under the age of majority. Please do not post images of minors, including inauthentic visuals such as artwork or visualizations created by artificial intelligence. You may not upload or distribute material that may exploit, attract, or harm minors. This includes all child sexual abuse images and any content that could be perceived as sensualizing minors. We actively combat such content and will take action, including suspending accounts and notifying the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Expected Behavior and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for actions taken with your account, regardless of how known or authorized. You may not use our Services for:

• Violating local, national or international laws.
• Causing harm to any person, including minors.
• Penetrating systems or networks to test them or vulnerabilities.
• Bypassing security protocols and authentication systems.
• Unauthorized access to areas of the Services.
• Spreading viruses, spam, or malware.
• Using unauthorized methods to create accounts.
• Sending unsolicited advertisements or messages.
• Providing false media or account information.
• Circumventing data retention restrictions.
• Promoting illegal acts or criminal activity.
• Creating and distributing images that mimic real people.
• Distributing content related to child exploitation, illegal pornography or violence.
• Promoting extreme violence or terrorism.

We are committed to creating a safe and respectful space for all users.

Enforcing breaches

If we determine that you have violated or are likely to violate these Guidelines, we may take the following actions at our discretion: 

• Suspend, remove or restrict your access. 
• Initiate enforcement action against you. 
• Terminate your account. 

In addition, depending on the situation and as permitted by law, we may notify the appropriate government authorities of any violations or your actions.
